About This Initiative
The Housing Partner Network Collaborative convenes housing authorities, property management companies, financial service providers, legal aid organizations, and nonprofits focused on housing stability. Together, we work to address the housing challenges facing families across Savannah, GA and Southeast Georgia.
Through regular meetings, we coordinate resources, share information about available programs, and develop strategies to help more families achieve and maintain stable housing. Whether it is rental assistance, mortgage support, utility aid, or homeownership education, our collaborative approach ensures no family falls through the cracks.
